We prefer to resolve issues directly and amicably. Please contact support@eposscore.com first.

For consumer disputes arising from contracts concluded online, you may contact the Internet Ombudsstelle. We decide on voluntary participation in a dispute resolution procedure on a case-by-case basis. Statutory obligations remain unaffected.
