Withdraw from contract

Withdrawal information for consumers You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. You may also submit your withdrawal electronically using “Withdraw from contract” in our website footer. We will acknowledge receipt without delay on a durable medium, for example by email. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Effects of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs resulting from your choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Exception for digital content For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your withdrawal right expires upon early performance only if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose that right, and received the complete contract confirmation including these declarations on a durable medium. At EposScore, provision begins when functional download links are released after confirmation of receipt of the contractual documents. Payment alone does not remove this right. Following a valid withdrawal, you must stop using the supplied digital content and must not make it available to third parties. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
